“Both Ramon and Lindsay bring a stability of leadership and long-term commitment to the hotel and the Reno community that will serve as a rock-solid foundation going forward,” said Niki Gross, Managing Director for Whitney Peak Hotel.

She added: “While we are sad to lose Eric as he pivots into a new career, we wish him every success. We are deeply indebted to him for his work shepherding the hotel through its early years of growth and especially during the last 14 months following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Prior to joining the Whitney Peak team, Villegas served as Director of Restaurants at the Stowe Mountain Lodge and the Food and Beverage Director of the historic Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown, Massachusetts. His regional experience includes seven years as Director of Food Services at the Resort at Squaw Creek, a Four-Diamond property in Lake Tahoe, California.

Prior to joining Whitney Peak, LaFleur served in accounting, administrative and office management roles for several private companies in the Reno-Sparks region over the last 10 years.
